taken into the woods in central California, she was tied to a tree, raped, brutally tortured, one
of her eyes was stabbed and her throat was slit in a Satanic ritual and blood-letting. It is a
known and publicized fact Anna Ayala is a Bruja, as is her mother, who resides in Mexico. The
teenager’s dead body was cut down, burned and buried. Three cars were parked at the crime
scene. I will not disclose my confidential informant and further information about the crime
scene until Rossiter’s good hand is compared to the photos released to the press---which must
include the photos of the finger prior to being suspiciously and feloniously altered to look like a

March 15, 2010 - Here is our response to the reporter of a national publication.
I just got off the phone with Ted Gunderson and he told me the reason you do not want to
consider our investigation and allegation is because authorities have DNA evidence
purportedly proving the finger was from Brian Paul Rossiter. The New York Times reported
DNA evidence can be fabricated, reference: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/08/18/scie
nce/18dna.html. It is a scientific fact DNA evidence can be fabricated! We believe this
is the case with Mr. Rossiter. This should not come as much of a surprise since we
discovered the individual who we believe was a CIA asset because we also discovered the
company, Carlton - Kaufmann, a biological research firm and very likely a CIA cut-out
company (based on the propensity of what we learned about it), located in Guatemala from
where the individual had his domain for the emails he sent me.
I personally interviewed the neighbors of Anna Ayala and 4 adults perfectly identified this
individual, a Guatemalan (evidently), who was staying with Anna Ayala before and during the
raid on her house. I was also conveying my investigation results directly to the lead
investigator for Wendy's, Steve Ronco, who was very interested in the information we had
acquired. He cut me off after we revealed the possible "CIA" connection [scary stuff]. Finally,
the Guatemalan was interviewed by a news crew while he was standing on the front porch after
the Sheriff's Department raided the Anna Ayala's house and left it a mess and when the
reporter asked him his name, he immediately turned and walked away. He appeared to be the
guy in my composite drawing. When I ordered the news footage, it disappeared and the
archive company told me they didn't have it---AFTER THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY TOLD ME
THEY HAD THE NEWS FILM which Ted Gunderson paid $65 to obtain. They sent us a different
film!
Now, I have the original photo of the finger posted on Ted's website. It was altered only
after I discovered the probable "CIA" guy staying with Anna Ayala. The altered photo soon
replaced the original photo on every news bulletin and on the internet. Who has the power to
do this? We know who! But, the hard fact remains that for many weeks authorities asserted
the finger to be "female"...and "well-manicured"...and "polished." How can professionals,
including coroners and health department officials, make such a mistake? If they had not
known for sure it was a female finger, they would never had asserted this fact. They would
have simply told the media it was an unidentifiable finger, could be woman or man. You can
tell from the original photo it was a long, polished nail with a French manicure! I took the
original photo around to beauty salons in Las Vegas and employees at every shop
told me it was a "polished French manicure." I was also told this "French manicure" is popular
with the Hispanic girls.
We obtained information about the girl's identity and the crime scene from a confidential
source which I will only reveal to you if you'll break this story. Of course, all the facts and
allegations stated on Ted Gunderson's website are based on his professional experience as a
highly-decorated, former FBI investigator, and his good faith beliefs based on the knowledge
and evidence we obtained in our investigation. Is it controversial? Absolutely! But truth is always
"stranger than fiction," isn't it?

phones were tapped, my internet connection was tapped, our harassers knew every time I went
outside. Who has this kind of surveillance power? Only spooks! One of the helicopters which
hovered over Ted's penthouse was a military chopper. Why all these intimidation tactics
against us if we were just a couple of kooks? By the way, Ted rescued me from possibly being
kidnapped and/or killed by this Guatemalan who brandished a gun and road-chased Ted out of
the neighborhood where I was under surveillance.
Finally, if we were wrong about this then why were Ted and I being stalked and harrassed---this
being a continuing felony crime victimizing us? Why were covert attempts made on our lives? I
believe it is because of "Becky" who we are confident was murdered and who we believe is the
genuine source of the finger. The real murderers got clean away. I was never able to complete
my investigation because of spook harassment. I've been on the run for my life for 5 years. I
live like a ghost, presently in a foreign country.
The fact remains the finger was reported across the nation in multitudinous news reports
to have been a female, well-manicured, long polished nail with a French manicure. Sandy
Allman was first "female" considered to be the source of the finger--but there was no
connection to Anna Ayala. So, why would authorities be looking for a female finger if they knew
it was more likely from a male? Are we to believe these "professionals" are so incompetent?

March 15, 2010 - Here is our response to the reporter of a national publication.
I just got off the phone with Ted Gunderson and he told me the reason you do not want to
consider our investigation and allegation is because authorities have DNA evidence
purportedly proving the finger was from Brian Paul Rossiter. The New York Times reported
DNA evidence can be fabricated, reference: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/08/18/scie
nce/18dna.html. It is a scientific fact DNA evidence can be fabricated! We believe this
is the case with Mr. Rossiter. This should not come as much of a surprise since we
discovered the individual who we believe was a CIA asset because we also discovered the
company, Carlton - Kaufmann, a biological research firm and very likely a CIA cut-out
company (based on the propensity of what we learned about it), located in Guatemala from
where the individual had his domain for the emails he sent me.
I personally interviewed the neighbors of Anna Ayala and 4 adults perfectly identified this
individual, a Guatemalan (evidently), who was staying with Anna Ayala before and during the
raid on her house. I was also conveying my investigation results directly to the lead
investigator for Wendy's, Steve Ronco, who was very interested in the information we had
acquired. He cut me off after we revealed the possible "CIA" connection [scary stuff]. Finally,
the Guatemalan was interviewed by a news crew while he was standing on the front porch after
the Sheriff's Department raided the Anna Ayala's house and left it a mess and when the
reporter asked him his name, he immediately turned and walked away. He appeared to be the
guy in my composite drawing. When I ordered the news footage, it disappeared and the
archive company told me they didn't have it---AFTER THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY TOLD ME
THEY HAD THE NEWS FILM which Ted Gunderson paid $65 to obtain. They sent us a different
film!
Now, I have the original photo of the finger posted on Ted's website. It was altered only
after I discovered the probable "CIA" guy staying with Anna Ayala. The altered photo soon
replaced the original photo on every news bulletin and on the internet. Who has the power to
do this? We know who! But, the hard fact remains that for many weeks authorities asserted
the finger to be "female"...and "well-manicured"...and "polished." How can professionals,
including coroners and health department officials, make such a mistake? If they had not
known for sure it was a female finger, they would never had asserted this fact. They would
have simply told the media it was an unidentifiable finger, could be woman or man. You can
tell from the original photo it was a long, polished nail with a French manicure! I took the
original photo around to beauty salons in Las Vegas and employees at every shop
told me it was a "polished French manicure." I was also told this "French manicure" is popular
with the Hispanic girls.
We obtained information about the girl's identity and the crime scene from a confidential
source which I will only reveal to you if you'll break this story. Of course, all the facts and
allegations stated on Ted Gunderson's website are based on his professional experience as a
highly-decorated, former FBI investigator, and his good faith beliefs based on the knowledge
and evidence we obtained in our investigation. Is it controversial? Absolutely! But truth is always
"stranger than fiction," isn't it?

The female teenager was not originally abducted. She was enticed to travel to Las Vegas with
the Ayala family but later changed her mind and wanted to return home. Instead, she was
taken into the woods in central California, she was tied to a tree, raped, brutally tortured, one
of her eyes was stabbed and her throat was slit in a Satanic ritual and blood-letting. It is a
known and publicized fact Anna Ayala is a bruja, as is her mother, who resides in Mexico. The
teenager’s dead body was cut down, burned and buried. Three cars were parked at the crime
scene. I will not disclose my confidential informant and further information about the crime
scene until Rossiter’s good hand is compared to the photos released to the press---which must
include the photos of the finger prior to being suspiciously and feloniously altered to look like a
male finger (I can prove this true fact). I know the so-called “DNA evidence” is a fabricated lie

My life remains in grave danger because I also discovered a CIA-linked-asset who was staying
with Anna Ayala and who is one of the suspects in the female teenager’s murder (the real

cigarette-smoking, beer drinking, blue collar, road worker who the public is supposed to believe
just happened to keep his fingers perfectly manicured and polished. The CIA has made an
astounding effort to protect its asset, the Guatemalan individual who was staying with Anna
